diserukan doa bersama bagi pertobatan massal negara tersebut atas setiap pelanggaran - yang dilakukan sehingga diharapkan hati bangsa ini berbalik kepada Tuhan dan mengubah sistem regulasi dan masyarakat supaya dalam setiap kebijakan pemerintahan tidak bertabrakan dengan prinsip - prinsip alkitab
